Us Adorned Duo are pretty big on Fairtrade. Recognising and valuing the effort that people put into producing your products is so important. Whether that be clothing, jewellery, food, flowers – everything has a cost to make but unfortunately those at the bottom of the chain are often taken advantage of. Overworked and underpaid to produce the cheap goods that populate the internet and high street.
We wanna change that. So, anything that we don’t rework or make ourselves (which is vintage / second hand and eco-friendly anyway) is ethically sourced, ensuring you know the person who made it is paid a fair wage.
Fairtrade Fortnight is a yearly event which celebrates ethical trading! For the second week of the fortnight (5th-11th March 2018) we’re giving away a FREE pair of Fairtrade earrings of your choice worth up to £10. And with Mother’s Day this Sunday they might come in handy! To receive your free earrings:
