Made from a rich, raspberry cotton, it is completely covered in floral patterns in cotton hand embroidery. We cannot contemplate how many hours this must have taken to complete. It also has many beautiful real glass mirrors in it which sparkle and catch the light. The waistband has a drawstring so it will fit many sizes, just pull it in to your desired fit. A lovely piece to wear year-round, this looks equally lovely with long boots and a jumper in winter as it does with sandals and a crop top in summer. The classic 70s piece with that quilted yoke, flowy fit and 3/4 length wide sleeves. The cuffs were elasticated but this has degraded with time, however could be repaired if you wished. Slightly sheer as it's made from such a beautiful lightweight cotton. Printed all over with blocks of warm blue and purple flowers against a white background. This is one of those dresses that we so rarely come across and never want to part with - we know it'll make somebody very happy. Beautiful soft colours of the sunrise, with peachy pinks, mustard yellow and burnt orange. The scene depicts a view over some adorable little houses set in the countryside, with hills and the sky as you move further up. What we really love is the texture on this; thick bobbles depicting the ground and the addition of ropes and string to denote the suns rays covering everything. This gorgeous piece was made back in 1981 by Afro Weavers, sadly although printed on the tag, there's no information about the person who made it. Pieces like this are highly valuable and worth every penny - smaller pieces are currently selling for more money on second hand sites! Please note because we have had more than one of these, the patterns on the one you receive may be a little different from the photos. A beautiful vintage Indian patchwork jacket from the 90s. This beauty is made up of patches of rose printed fabric, overdyed this sunshine hue and finished off with embroidery all over. It has a relaxed fit in the body, rounded neckline, coconut buttons to fasten and little front pockets. The cotton is mid-weight and cosy to wear, this would work equally well as a cardigan layered under a coat for winter or for festivals in the summer. This has been lightly repaired along a couple of patchwork seams and still has 1-2 small holes, reflected in price. The choker is set with velvet cord, recycled from old jewellery. All of the beads used here are deadstock vintage, meaning they are decades old but still new and unused. This is a one-off item and cannot be restocked These are just divine! Short dungarees made from beautiful vintage Indian block printed cotton. A soft apple green on the front and complimentary lilac on the back, with a white stitch running all the way through. Look out for the hint of bright pink stitching too. These have one large button to fasten the straps (which could be moved and resewn to adjust), front pockets and belt loops. The straps have been shortened a little by the previous owner and could be let out to give another 1" on the straps. These are in good condition with a little sign of wear, as to be expected from something upcycled. Wonderfully thick, you could wear these most of the year.
