Deep navy blue with a ditzy rose floral print all over, with a sewn-on fabric belt if you want to cinch the waist in. Scooped neckline with button-on straps (we think you could cross them over), fitted on the top half with a loose, flippy skirt. Each strap has two buttons so the length can be adjusted by about 1", or easily cut off and resewn to get your desired fit. Concealed zip up the back and a hook and eye closure to fasten.
