This is a one-off preloved piece. Incredible vintage Indian waistcoat. In black cotton and full embroidered with chain stitched swirling patterns and spade-like motifs, complete with real mirrors. This has an open front and would look amazing at a festival with a crochet top underneath or worn over jumpers and dresses in winter to add that little extra touch to your outfit. A piece like this doesn't just have to be worn for special occasions, get playful and dress it up for the day too. It's in good condition, with only a minor repair at the back seam just on the neck. Long skirt with a grungy, distressed feel. Made from a thick, woven black and white tie dyed cotton it simply wraps around the waist to fit. Jagged strips of triangular fabric decorate this all around and some of them function as little pockets too (including one on the inside).
