This is a limited edition vintage piece, once we sell out we can't restock 90s, still with its original tags. Navy floral print all over, with a thin fabric belt if you want to cinch the waist in. Fitted on the top half with a loose, flippy skirt. Each strap has two buttons so the length can be adjusted by about 1″. Concealed zip up the back and a hook and eye closure to fasten.
