Midi dress in a gorgeous earthy red. Button up with a matching fabric belt and USEFUL pockets (always a deal-breaker). Covered in subtle embroidery which just gives this lovely mid-weight fabric even more texture. This does have shoulder pads too though they could be easily removed.
