We know a lot of you want to Adorn your loved ones this festive period. So, for 2020 we are offering an extended returns period.
Any order made between December 1st and December 20th has an extended returns. You may return or exchange your item up until the 15th January 2020. Any orders placed after December 20th are subject to the usual returns period.

If you are planning to order in time for Christmas please order allowing plenty of time for delivery.
UK: The last date you can order for Christmas delivery is Friday 20th December as we do have a Christmas collection on Saturdays. Please place your order by 10am and choose Express postage (24 hour delivery). We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for standard (48 hour delivery). Dave the postman comes at 1pm and we require time to process your order.
Our cut-off for painted to order garments for UK Christmas delivery is the 16th December. Sarah needs a few days to get it painted up, to dry and then Mama needs to pack the order.
International Delivery: The dates below are the last dates to order as set out by Royal Mail. We kindly ask you to pleasse choose Tracked / Tracked & Signed postage when you order so you know where your parcel is.

Once an order is placed it is final. If you wish to order anything ese then please place a separate order and if possible we will combine the two.
Yes, we post parcels all over the world from England in the United Kingdom. Use our currency calculator on our shop for easy conversions to USD, AUD and EUR. At the basket page the currency does change back to GBP and all orders are charged in GBP. You may find it helpful to use a currency converter online at the basket to work out your total order value.
We generally dispatch orders in 48 hours or less using Royal Mail. After that, UK orders take 1-2 working days but can in exception circumstances take up to 10. European orders usually take 3-14 working days but can take up to 20, and the rest of the world takes a minimum of 5 working days, averaging anywhere between 5-21 but can take up to 26. Working days exclude Sundays and other holidays.
The price of the parcel depends on the weight, size, and amount of items you are ordering. It also depends whether you choose standard or tracked shipping. To get a shipping quote, add desired items to your basket.
If you require a tracking code for your order then please select tracked shipping at the checkout. We do not send orders tracked or signed for unless paid for by the customer. For peace of mind we recommend tracked shipping on orders over £50 (excluding postage).
Please note for international orders you may be charged additional customs and duties. To get an estimate of what these charges may be you can use an Import Duty Calculator or contact your local import and duties office.
If your parcel has not arrived when expected please check the following:
– The shipping address is correct
– Your parcel has not been delivered whilst you were out and left somewhere
– Your parcel has tried to be delivered whilst you were out and is waiting for you at your local delivery office
– The full amount of time given to deliver your parcel has elapsed (UK 10 working days, Europe 20 working days, Rest of World 26 working days).
After you have checked all of these please contact us by replying to your original order email. We will endeavour to replace or offer an alternative, failing that will offer a full refund.
To minimise returns / exchanges, please read the listings carefully and contact us if you have any queries about sizing that are not answered in the listing.
You are entitled to return an item to us for a refund or exchange, providing it is unworn, unwashed and as received.
To return or exchange an item you must email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do this by replying to your original order email when possible. Or, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, order date and items you wish to return.
We will provide you with return details, giving you 14 days to return your item. Customer pays the return postage and we refund item cost only.
Please allow up to 7 working days after receipt of your return (not after it was posted) to process your request.
If the items returned back late, or are in an unsatisfactory condition they will be posted back to you appropriate action will be taken.
To exchange an order, upon receipt of the returned item(s) a credit note will be issued for the value of the items at point of sale. This will be valid for 28 days from issue. The code will be issued via email. We accept no responsibility for failing to check emails.
Please reuse and recycle any packaging to return your order! We try to keep it planet friendly.
For hygeine reasons we are unable to allow returns on earrings.
Seconds and sample pieces cannot be returned and will be stated on the listing.
If an item becomes faulty after wear, the customer is entitled to query a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving an order. The customer must provide a detailed description of the fault together with photographic evidence and contact us immediately. Once we have reviewed this information and received the item back to their warehouse any decision to honour a refund is at our discretion and based on the evidence provided by the customer.
We sometimes run promotions and offers on site to treat our loyal hippies. Site-wide discount promotions (such as 25% off) adhere to the regular returns policy.
Eligible items that have been purchased using a multi-item discount offer (e.g. 3 for 2, buy one get one half price) may be returned. If the discounted item is returned it will be refunded or exchanged at the discounted price. If the full price item is returned, the value from the discounted item will be deducted from the full priced item. This will be the final refund or exchange price. An example is shown below
Buy one get one half price
Item 1: £40 (full price)
Item 2: £30, sold for £15 (-£15, half price)
If item 1 is returned, £15 will be deducted from the full priced £40, leaving a balance of £25. This will be the refund or exchange amount.
