This dress is so special, it’s a 90s dream. Crushed velvet in a deep burgundy with sheer sleeves and a delicate zig zagged, embroidered chiffon trim. This has a deep V neck with buttons which go 2/3 of the way down the dress. The sleeves are cuffed with more faux buttons and there’s a matching thin belt to give this some extra shape on the waist.
