This stunning jacket is deadstock vintage, meaning it has been sitting around for years. It’s ready to be shown off. A relaxed, open fit jacket in the style of a robe. Deep front pockets and an open front. Thick waist belt of coordinating fabric to fasten. It’s made from a thick base cotton with applique batik patches in squares and elephants. There’s a kantha stitch running through this too which is especially visible on the lining and turn-up of the sleeves.
Wear this around the house for extravagant loungewear, over a simple outfit for an evening out or over something jazzy for a festival. Or all three. Make the most of it, it’s a beautiful piece.
